The Starr Pass golf course was originally designed by Robert Cupp along with a group of PGA
touring pros, and re-designed in 2003 by Palmer Course Design, Starr Pass is
a true desert golf experience. Meandering through the Tucson Mountains, Starr Pass golf course
offers five sets of tee boxes providing a fair test for golfers of all abilities.
Strict attention was paid to disrupting the natural surroundings as little as
possible, and the finished product is the Southwest's most inviting desert golf
experience. From a challenging venue at over 7,000 yards, to a more forgiving course at
5,213 yards, Starr Pass golf course offers unbelievable views of the Tucson
Valley, and utilizes its natural terrain to provide a spectacular setting.
